Number 5 - In August 2012, residents in Millville, New Jersey were left horrified as dozens of small black birds fell from the sky for approximately 60 minutes. The incident left almost 80 dead birds. According to the Department of Health, the birds died not of environmental cause but after consuming pesticide used by a local farm.

Number 4 - In 2010, residents of Lajamanu, a small Australian town also experienced something bizarre. Hundreds of fish began falling, seemingly from rain clouds like rain.

According to the telegraph, experts believe that the fish "were sucked up in a thunderstorm before being dumped over the tiny town."

Number 3 - In another bizarre incident, residents of Berkeley, UK got an unpleasant surprise when after a patch of stormy weather they discovered their yards, homes and vehicles covered in seaweed. Weather officials speculate the seaweed was carried from a beach nearly two dozen miles away after a tornado.

Number 2 - In mid-2012, residents of Kannur, a town in the state of Kerala, India, experienced blood red rain for nearly 15 minutes. According to the Indian Government officials, "the rains had been colored by airborne spores from locally prolific terrestrial algae."

Number 1 -- In October 2012, while a Virginia teenager was horseback riding, she was rudely interrupted by descending raw chicken pieces. A Tyson Foods plant is located nearby, but officials deny the chicken pieces originated from there. The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality is still investigating the matter.
